We reply to every enquiry personally — usually the same day. If you're within four weeks of your interview, flag that and we'll prioritise.
Most candidates benefit from a diagnostic mock 3–6 months before the interview, followed by a full mock around 3 months out. The earlier diagnostic lets us identify weak stations while there's still time to fix them.
All one-to-one mocks are online via video — this mirrors the national interview format, which has remained online-first since 2021. Weekend crash courses also run online via video.
We currently focus on two: UK General Surgery ST3 and Core Surgical Training (CST). We keep our scope deliberately narrow so every resource is calibrated to the actual scoring rubric. Many of our frameworks (A-to-E, SPIKES, ethics) transfer to other specialty interviews, but we won't claim to specialise in interviews we haven't sat.
For live sessions (mocks, coaching, crash courses): full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before, 50% refund 24–48 hours before, no refund inside 24 hours. The question bank is non-refundable once your account has been given access. Full rules are on our Refund Policy page.
